- Prices
Prices published in www.madamechocolat.es / www.madamechocolat-shop.com are in Euros (currency can be changed with the button on the top of the page) and are valid except typographic error. All prices include tax. Any change in the tax will be applied automatically in the prices of the items.
The items with discount will be shown in the “Sale!” category or the information will be displayed in the product details and, if not otherwise shown, the discount price will be valid while displayed on screen.
It is possible some prices vary in different seasons, because we import the products and we are exposed to foreign exchange, shipping and customs, and sometimes we are not able to offer the same prices.
Prices of the items do not include shipping costs. Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
- Payment
We accept different payment methods: Paypal and Credit card trough Redsys (Visa, Mastercard and some more).
The customer agree to pay at the time order is placed. The ticket and proof of purchase that belongs to the order will be available and can be checked in www.madamechocolat.es / www.madamechocolat-shop.com in “My account - History and details of my orders”. The customer must pay the amount corresponding at the order by Paypal or Credit Card.
The customer must inform to Madame Chocolat of any improper or fraudulent charge in the credit card or account used for purchases, by e-mail or telephone, in the shortest time possible for the company to make the necessary arrangements.
Any refund, total or partial, of any order, will be done by the same payment method.

Madame Chocolat offers secure payments through Paypal or Redys, and we guarantee the personal information protection.
In accordance of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, from December 13th, of Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data you provide us trough the website, mail or telephone will be treated confidentially.

- Items and orders
The items in the Madame Chocolat online shop are all available in the physical store in Barcelona (Ronda Sant Pere 68, 08010 Barcelona SPAIN).
The images of the item shown in the website may vary slightly from the final product, but never will be a very signicative difference. In the second hand items we show photos of the items itself, the very same product will be sent. Is also possible you see a different colour in the real product; this can be caused by differents configurations of screens, brightness, saturation, etc
All items shown in www.madamechocolat.es / www.madamechocolat-shop.com are in stock except there is an error in the quantity introduced in the website or is sold in the physical store and the stock is not actualized.
Madame Chocolat reserves the right to cancel the order if we didn’t receive the payment or for any reason was an error in the price or description in some item.
In the moment an order is placed in www.madamechocolat-shop.com an invoice is automatically generated that is a proof of purchase.
- Images & copyright
Images used in www.madamechocolat.es / www.madamechocolat-shop.com are our property or from the different suppliers or brands of the items. Cannot be used in other sites or places with commercial purposes.
- Shippings
Orders will be always shipped after payment is received. At present we don’t accept COD payments. Shippings are done on working days.
Orders are shipped out about 1-3 working days after payment is received. Shipping price is calculated by distance and weight and it’s automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
It is possible that there may be exceptions in shipping prices due to unusually heavy or high volume packages. If it is not possible for us to send it, we will contact the client as soon as possible.
Madame Chocolat is not responsible in custom tax of other countries. In case of doubt, please contact your post or customs office of your city.
If you do not receive your shipment in the stipulated time, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipments by express couriers may take a few days longer than usual and those sent by registered mail may take more than 2 months. If your shipment has not arrived, contact us before 6 months have passed from the shipping date, otherwise we will not be able to claim it, since the deadline for any claim will have passed.
- Returns
Our policy is to give you the chance on returning an item bought in www.madamechocolat.es / www.madamechocolat-shop.com in a 15-day term after the order is received. Please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns on orders placed outside the European Union, as they may be subject to import duties, inspections, etc. In addition, return shipments can take several weeks or even months.
We don’t accept returns in second hand items, tights, socks, hair colour, cosmetics and magazines.
In the case of return, the customer must pay the returning shipping and will ensure it arrives in perfect condition with no signs or having been used and with original tags. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are returned safely.
Before returning an item, you must contact Madame Chocolat. Once we received and check the item is in perfect condition, the customer can choose a total refund of the price of the items (not shipping costs) or change by other items, paying the difference. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only refund the total cost if the item is returned to Madame Chocolat.
About changing the size, the customer must understand that we have many limited or one size items that in some cases we are not able to provide a range of sizes. Please, check size and measurements before placing an order.
- About cosmetics and other items
Madame Chocolat is not responsible of any damage caused by misuse of the items (like hair colour, cosmetics or other). If there are used correctly is extremely difficult to cause any damage, so please, check if you are not sensible of any material or ingredient of the item.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions of Use
Madame Chocolat reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation and configuration of the website and this Terms of Use. Therefore, Madame Chocolat endorses you to read them carefully before placing an order. Customers and users will always have this Terms of Use in a visible location freely accessible. In any case, acceptance of the Terms of Use is an essential requisite to the acquisition of any product trough this website.
